Shipping Policy

Cancellation and Exchange Policy
Changes to your order can only be made while your order is in your cart. If a change
is urgent and of high importance, please contact us immediately and we will work to
resolve said issue. If you require a cancellation of your order for any reason, please
contact us immediately as well.
Failed Delivery Policy
If, due to any circumstance, you have missed all delivery attempts at our end and
your order has been returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can
resolve this issue. You can request a different delivery time or a cancellation. Please
be aware that additional charges will be applied for wastage of fuel and our team’s
time.
Damaged Product Policy
If you have received your order and it appears to have been damaged in the delivery,
please contact us within 24 hours so we are able to assess the damage and assist
with reimbursements if needed.
